john david says:

The prosecutor has no value for human right to live , if your dog left
outside your vision (locked or unlocked, playing in the backyard, eating
outside, drinking, stocking on others, wants to kill, wants to bark,
wants to bite), you are responsible for its action no matter how many
laws exists on the face of Earth, the owner should e charged for not
supervising his dog regardless if it was locked or not locked because
the dog is not inside the house and because he is aware that outside the
house there is a human who wants to live. This apply to all Animals.
